Which Analog Horror release should I use?

Updated 1 year ago

Game version 1.19.2
Loader Forge 43.4.0

Pack setup

How should I set up Analog Horror for players and a server?

Use Analog Horror (updated) as the pack version. Install the pack as its own launcher instance. The creator’s listing does not name a separate server file, so check the release notes before setting up a dedicated server. Do not upload the ordinary client folder blindly.

Client instance Install Analog Horror (updated)
Dedicated server setup Match Analog Horror (updated)
Pack loader Forge 43.4.0

A pack is a matched client and server setup, not one mod with an install-side label. Keep its release, loader, manifest and overrides together.

Referenced mods 36
Client only 2
Server only 0
Not labelled 34

These numbers come from the pack file you chose. “Not labelled” means we don’t know which side it belongs on—not that it is safe everywhere. The file count is not a RAM estimate.

What are the server requirements for Analog Horror?

Analog Horror (updated). Change the pack release and its contents or setup may change too.

36 mods in this pack file

The selected pack release is Analog Horror (updated). That file is for Minecraft 1.19.2 with Forge 43.4.0. It contains 36 mod projects. The creator’s listing does not name a separate server file. Check their notes before using one, and do not upload an ordinary client folder or rebuild the pack mod by mod. A file count cannot tell us the right RAM, CPU or storage; size the server for the players and world you actually run.

About this project

What kind of pack is Analog Horror?

"You’re not alone, but you wish you were."

In this modpack, something is wrong with your Minecraft world. Familiar biomes feel unnatural, and strange structures appear where they shouldn’t. Creatures lurk in the shadows—watching, hunting, and breaking their way toward you. No place is truly safe.

The world feels off, as if time itself is unraveling. Mods and texture packs transform Minecraft 1.19.2 into a distorted echo of its earlier days, like Alpha or 1.7, adding a layer of nostalgia warped into something sinister.

It’s not just about surviving the night. It’s about surviving the dread that creeps in with every moment.

  • In this modpack your only goal is to survive, creatures will hunt you endlessly, they can spawn at any moment.
  • Some of the horror mods are able to build, break, stalk, generate random structures and can definitely mess around with the world's settings, so watch out.
  • I recommendo you to not use normal doors and go for sky bases, they're the safest option you got. And don't stay too long in that weird looking village.....

All of the mods were combined to make a unnatural creepy feeling of being watched.

Good luck ;)
