Effortless building is in this mod as well to protect you from the doom of playmate. playmate is a creature that plays hide andseek with you what ever you do. do not go to sleep. but if you survive 3 nights be careful becuase on the third night playmate appears he wants to play hide and seek try to survive the night but if he finds you its game over(better in Hardcore) and with effortless building click Alt then option will appear and once selected one place a block and you will see once you place again a wall,roof,floor will be made for you so you dont have to spend a long time building just 2 clicks and boom.
