Too Real Hardcore

Too Real: Hardcore (Beta)

Too Real: Hardcore Survival is a heavily modified Minecraft experience focused on extreme realism, tactical survival, and unforgiving gameplay. Inspired by systems found in games like Escape from Tarkov and Project Zomboid, this modpack transforms Minecraft into a grounded survival simulation where every decision matters.

---

⚠️ Hardcore Realism Experience

This is not a standard survival run. Expect:

• Advanced injury, health, and stamina systems
• Harsh environmental survival mechanics (temperature, weather, seasons)
• Weight, inventory pressure, and realistic movement constraints
• Limited resources and meaningful progression

---

🎮 Gameplay Overhaul

Minecraft has been redesigned into a deeper survival sandbox featuring:

• Tactical combat and improved weapon handling
• Expanded survival needs and immersion systems
• Dynamic structures, exploration challenges, and dangerous world generation
• Realistic sound, visuals, and environmental feedback
• Progression inspired by RPG and survival hardcore systems

---

🌍 Immersive World

The world feels alive and unpredictable:

• Dynamic weather, seasons, and environmental effects
• Enhanced terrain generation and exploration variety
• Structures and encounters that encourage risk vs reward gameplay
• Immersive audio-visual improvements for realism

---

⚙️ Performance & Systems

Despite its scale, the modpack includes multiple optimizations for smoother gameplay, along with quality-of-life improvements that do not break immersion.

📌 Important Notes

• This modpack is currently in BETA
• It is my first time creating a modpack
• Bugs, crashes, or balancing issues may occur
• Feedback is highly appreciated — please leave comments if you encounter any problems or have suggestions for improvement

---

📌 Mod Version Lock (Important)

This modpack is intentionally version-locked.

Mods are kept on their exact tested versions and will NOT be updated automatically, even if newer versions are released.

Updating individual mods may:

• Break balance and progression
• Remove or change crafting recipes
• Alter survival mechanics and gameplay consistency
• Cause incompatibilities with the curated setup

For example:
If a mod is installed as mod-example-1.20-1.0.0, it will remain on that version even if 1.20-2.0.0 is released.

This ensures the intended gameplay experience remains stable, consistent, and fully tested.

---

🔧 Why this matters

This modpack is built around a carefully tuned combination of:

• Survival mechanics
• Crafting balance
• Combat systems
• Progression pacing

Even small mod updates can significantly change gameplay flow.

Too Real: Hardcore Survival is built for players who want Minecraft pushed beyond its limits into a brutal, realistic survival experience.
