FTB Evolution 2

It's time to Evolve again!

Battle through adventurous lands, automate from the ocean floor to conquering the stars, master powerful magic, and take on some of the biggest challenges FTB has built.

Your journey begins inside the revamped FTB Pyramid, high above a world waiting to be explored. FTB Evolution 2 combines kitchen-sink freedom with custom progression, rebuilt mods, thousands of quests, and a massive endgame designed to bring everything together.

Discover What Lies Beneath

The oceans of Evolution 2 are a hot tourist destination of their own.

Explore Bioluminescent Groves, Hydrothermal Vents and descend into the Abyssal Trench, filled with new creatures, resources and dangers. Build optical networks, grow renewable resources with bacterial colonies, unlock biological augments, and pilot an upgradeable multiplayer submarine into the deepest waters.

Build an Industrial Empire

From early ore processing to nuclear engineering, particle accelerators and enormous reactors, Evolution 2 gives you plenty of ways to automate and build big.

Progress through the completely revamped Industrial Contraptions, experiment with LTX Industries, Colossal Reactors and Oritech, then connect everything with Ender IO, Applied Energistics 2 or Refined Storage.

When the factory grows so does your resource demand, Mystical Agriculture, Productive Bees and Nautec's bacterial systems can save your precious stock of clay.

Find Your Kind of Magic

Create custom spells with Ars Magica Legacy, command spirits through Occultism, perform rituals with Witchery, or explore darker paths through necromancy, souls and blood magic.

Explore a World Built for Adventure

Evolution 2 features heavily customized world generation built around Tectonic, Terralith, creating huge mountains, winding streams, rivers and memorable places to build.

Explore custom dungeons, hunt dragons, discover travelling merchants and recruit a Kindred Spirit companion that can fight beside you, carry supplies and grow stronger as you adventure together.

Take to the Stars

With Stellaris, your next factory expansion could be off-world.

Build a rocket, launch for the Moon, explore lunar dungeons and establish your own orbital space station. Your home can be anywhere you want!

Build Your Character

Evolution 2 includes extensive custom progression through Puffish Skills and our own companion systems.

Specialize in combat, movement, mining, magic or gunnery. Unlock air dashes, homing arrows, stronger spells, improved rituals and weapon-focused abilities.

Iron's Arms 'n Artifice adds customizable firearms alongside a dedicated Gunnery skill tree, letting you build around everything from quickdraw gunplay to long-range precision.

Feed The Beast

Everything leads back to the Pyramid.

Build your own FTB Skyline and feed it enormous quantities of items, fluids and energy. Complete challenges, launch payloads into orbit and bring together technology, magic and automation to create the Heart of the Beast.

Play solo, work together with your team, or race other teams up the Challenge Boards.

Complete the Heart, earn the Beast Trophy, unlock creative rewards, and prove you've truly learned how to…

Feed The Beast.
