What kind of pack is New Interesting Mods?

This modpack is a showcase of interesting mods which not many people know about (as well as some popular mods). There are many minecraft mods which are hidden gems and this pack aims to help show you some of them (I am interested in any suggestions of mods to add). This is a 1.9.4 modpack, and as more and more mods come to 1.9.4, they will be added. This modpack also runs well on old computers as there are very few mods.
