DrillBit
A modpack that lets you run wild with your imagination, integrating to your heart's desire.
Quick answer
Which DrillBit release should I use?
Inventor's Edition is a complete pack release for 1.7.10 with Forge 10.13.4.1614. Install it as its own launcher instance. If the creator publishes a separate server file, make sure it names this exact pack release. 132 mods in this pack file.
Pack setup
How should I set up DrillBit for players and a server?
Use Inventor's Edition as the pack version. Install the pack as its own launcher instance. The creator’s listing does not name a separate server file, so check the release notes before setting up a dedicated server. Do not upload the ordinary client folder blindly.
A pack is a matched client and server setup, not one mod with an install-side label. Keep its release, loader, manifest and overrides together.
These numbers come from the pack file you chose. “Not labelled” means we don’t know which side it belongs on—not that it is safe everywhere. The file count is not a RAM estimate.
What are the server requirements for DrillBit?
Inventor's Edition. Change the pack release and its contents or setup may change too.
The selected pack release is Inventor's Edition. That file is for Minecraft 1.7.10 with Forge 10.13.4.1614. It contains 132 mod projects. The creator’s listing does not name a separate server file. Check their notes before using one, and do not upload an ordinary client folder or rebuild the pack mod by mod. A file count cannot tell us the right RAM, CPU or storage; size the server for the players and world you actually run.
About this project
What kind of pack is DrillBit?
Hey guys! I have just uploaded the first version of my new modpack: DrillBit Nuclear Warfare!

What is DrillBit?
DrillBit is a large tech and magic based mod including mods such as BuildCraft, Thaumcraft and Ancient Warfare 2. But what separates DrillBit from all the others is its drastic ability to integrate. Drillbit lets you build factories, power plants and storage systems using as many mods as you like. Don't be limited by a mod. Let your imagination drive you, be crazy, take a break from the serious modpacks, and most importantly, experiment. Still not satisfied? Well, when you run out of mods, just ask for more, I will always take suggestions!
What Drives DrillBit?
DrillBit’s main aim was to have a huge ability to integrate, but after the first versions the pack started to become a bit overwhelmed. So I started from scratch, trying to build a pack that was large, had the ability to integrate and could run on decent computers. Because this is a very large pack, you will need a fairly decent
computer to run it. Sorry!
DrillBit's Mods
In DrillBit there is a huge range of mods for you to choose from, tech, magic or Sci-Fi. Some of the main tech mods include Buildcraft, IndustrialCraft2, Thermal Expansion and Applied Energistics 2. Some of the magic mods include Witchery, Thaumcraft, Botanica, Blood Magic and Project E. Also there is a range of agricultural mods such as AgriCraft, Magical Crops and Pam’s Harvest Craft. In DrillBit there is a range of cosmetic mods like DecoCraft2 and Mr Crayfish’s Furniture Mod. On top of all that there are some mods that are useful in their own way such as SecurityCraft, Remain in Motion and OpenComputers. Along with all the mods are is a selection of Resource Packs to keep you happy. And finally I need to thank a mod that saved me so much time, stimmedcow : NoMoreRecipeConflict, this mod automatically sorted out dozens of conflicting recipes that I would have had to do and find by hand.
