📦 Choose Your Version

TransitScape is available in two versions, allowing you to choose the experience that best matches your system and project.

Full Version

The Full Version provides the complete TransitScape experience.

It includes the full collection of transit content, building tools, visual enhancements, immersive features, mapping utilities, and bundled resource packs. This version is recommended for players who want the widest selection of content and have enough system memory available.

Lite Version

The Lite Version is designed for lower-end systems and players who prefer a lighter installation.

It keeps the core transit, railway, construction, and performance features while removing bundled resource packs and reducing selected visual, audio, mapping, and cosmetic extras.

The Lite Version is recommended for:

• Computers with less available memory
• Smaller or medium-sized transit projects
• Players who use their own resource packs
• Servers that prefer a lighter base installation
• Players who want faster loading and lower storage usage

Both versions remain compatible with Minecraft 1.20.1 and provide the main TransitScape railway-building experience.

Actual performance may vary depending on world size, render distance, resource packs, shaders, station complexity, train count, and the number of active players.

Use an up-to-date 64-bit Java 17 installation and keep your graphics drivers updated. Do not allocate all available system memory to Minecraft, as your operating system and background applications also require RAM.

TransitScape includes navigation and world-management tools to help you explore large projects and understand how your railway network connects.

The Full Version also provides additional mapping features for players and compatible multiplayer servers.

🎧 A More Immersive World

Environmental audio, weather effects, dynamic lighting, camera improvements, and quality-of-life additions make travelling through your completed network more immersive.

Some optional immersive and cosmetic features are reduced in the Lite Version to improve performance.

A separate Server Pack is available to make server installation faster and easier.

It contains the required server files while excluding unnecessary client-only content.
