Railcraft Minus Railcraft

So a recent bugfix update for Railcraft was not released to the public because it didn't meet a patreon goal. Now, I have no issue with developers wanting some kind of reward for their work - but the kind of attitude shown here doesn't feel healthy for the modding community.

But rather than complain about it, I set about making this pack - a pack that proves that we don't need Railcraft in order to enjoy (almost*) all the same features that it provides.

*There may be a very few missing features here and there, but the majority of the mod's features should be covered here.
