What kind of pack is Devilish Ocean (A One Piece Modpack)?

This mod pack has some mods like The one piece mod lets you play minecraft but with being able to get powers for fruits just like in one piece and also proximity chat is in the modpack what this mod does is adds a voice chat inside of minecraft that can be used to make voice chats with people so you can talk no matter how far from each other you are or so you can talk to people in close proximity of you and im my opinion it always makes it more fun and more interesting

There is going to be custom map made for this modpack if you join the discord server all the way to the bottom of this page we will be posting updates on the map progress and some spoilers for it
