Quick answer

Which Create Anarchy release should I use?

Updated 2 years ago
Latest stable file Create Anarchy 1.2
Game version 1.20.1
Loader Fabric 0.15.11

Create Anarchy 1.2 is a complete pack release for 1.20.1 with Fabric 0.15.11. Install it as its own launcher instance. If the creator publishes a separate server file, make sure it names this exact pack release. 44 mods in this pack file.

Pack setup

How should I set up Create Anarchy for players and a server?

Use Create Anarchy 1.2 as the pack version. Install the pack as its own launcher instance. The creator’s listing does not name a separate server file, so check the release notes before setting up a dedicated server. Do not upload the ordinary client folder blindly.

Client instance Install Create Anarchy 1.2
Dedicated server setup Match Create Anarchy 1.2
Pack loader Fabric 0.15.11

A pack is a matched client and server setup, not one mod with an install-side label. Keep its release, loader, manifest and overrides together.

Referenced mods 44
Client only 0
Server only 0
Not labelled 44

These numbers come from the pack file you chose. “Not labelled” means we don’t know which side it belongs on—not that it is safe everywhere. The file count is not a RAM estimate.

What are the server requirements for Create Anarchy?

Create Anarchy 1.2. Change the pack release and its contents or setup may change too.

44 mods in this pack file

The selected pack release is Create Anarchy 1.2. That file is for Minecraft 1.20.1 with Fabric 0.15.11. It contains 44 mod projects. The creator’s listing does not name a separate server file. Check their notes before using one, and do not upload an ordinary client folder or rebuild the pack mod by mod. A file count cannot tell us the right RAM, CPU or storage; size the server for the players and world you actually run.

About this project

What kind of pack is Create Anarchy?

Create Anarchy

Anarchy lets you and your friends battle against each other with contraptions and vehicles you build and design yourself.

Featuring

  • Create for automation and mechanics
  • Valkyrien Skies & Clockwork for airships
  • Create: Big Cannons for...well, cannons
  • Create: Armory for firearms
  • Create: Deco for the wonderful block pallettes
  • Create: Steam & Rails for the spectacular Create train overhaul
  • Computercraft:Tweaked adding in computers programmable with Lua that can interface with Create contraptions and Valkyrien Skies ships via CC:VS
  • Farmer's Delight for various food options
  • Embeddium (Sodium) for enhanced performance
  • Various other mods!

Designed for Multiplayer

This modpack is designed with multiplayer specifically in mind. Including many different mods that enable the creation of complex war machines, you can play with friends and test out your machines against one another. You could create Attack Helicopters, Bomber Planes, Flying Aircraft Carriers, Tanks, ICBMs, you name it! I guess you could play it by yourself, obliterate a village or something.

Disclaimers

  • CC:VS now has a bugfix, but had to be added via overrides.
  • This pack contains a handful of mods that are in beta stages of development, so not everything will go as expected.
  • This pack is a little resource intensive. Graphics struggle a bit more with large entities due to Valkyrien Skies & Clockwork adding in large ships, and also a little more CPU demanding because of Clockworks physics, but all should be well.
