Quick answer

Pack setup
How should I set up Create: Radiation n' Zombies for players and a server?
Use Create: Radiation n' Zombies 0.1.2 as the pack version. Install the pack as its own launcher instance. The creator’s listing does not name a separate server file, so check the release notes before setting up a dedicated server. Do not upload the ordinary client folder blindly.
A pack is a matched client and server setup, not one mod with an install-side label. Keep its release, loader, manifest and overrides together.
These numbers come from the pack file you chose. “Not labelled” means we don’t know which side it belongs on—not that it is safe everywhere. The file count is not a RAM estimate.
What are the server requirements for Create: Radiation n' Zombies?
Create: Radiation n' Zombies 0.1.2. Change the pack release and its contents or setup may change too.
The selected pack release is Create: Radiation n' Zombies 0.1.2. That file is for Minecraft 1.20.1 with Forge 47.4.0. It contains 107 mod projects. The creator’s listing does not name a separate server file. Check their notes before using one, and do not upload an ordinary client folder or rebuild the pack mod by mod. A file count cannot tell us the right RAM, CPU or storage; size the server for the players and world you actually run.
About this project
What kind of pack is Create: Radiation n' Zombies?
A nuclear apocalypse happened, and most humans, villagers and civilizations either have fallen or turned into zombies by an infection. You are the only survivor, and you must survive though the harsh environment by using the power of machinery.
Important: This modpack is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. It is recommended to play in survival, as hardcore mode is almost impossible to survive in.
The modpack adds:
- Constant radiation, varies between biomes (From Radiach)
- Machinery (From Create and its addons)
- Vehicle building (From Valkyrien Skies, Trackwork, Clockwork, Drive-by-Wire, and other mods)
- Intelligent and infectious zombies (From Zombie Awareness, Contagion, Enhanced AI, Zombies Hate Light and Zombies Reworked)
- Guns (From MrCrayfish's Gun Mod)
- Cannons (From Create Big Cannons)
- Enhanced terrain and atmospyhere (From Terralith and the built-in resource pack of the modpack)
- And some other features aswell
Tips
- It is recommended to use pre-defined seeds, because relying on random seeds can spawn you in insurvivable areas. (Like deserts, stony shores and badlands)
- Lush caves are a great spot for bases, because there is no radiation, and you can also grow trees in there. Horever, watch out for zombies!
- Avoid Basalt Deltas! They have the highest level of radiation, which is insurvivable even in Nano-suits.
- Put light sources above the ground, because zombies will destroy any torches, lanterns and other light blocks if they come across one.
- A wall is not enough, mobs can breach it. Keep them away from your base!
- Do not let zombies bite you! If you get bitten by a zombie, you get an infection that kills you in 10 minutes unless cured.
- Radiation levels vary across biomes, from Level 0 to 6. Biomes with higher radiation levels have a yellow-green atmospyhere and water color, high amounts of radioactive dust in the air, and more dead-looking vegetation aswell. If your suit can't resist that level, avoid that biome. (Biome radiation values)
- If you have intense lag because of the particles, there is a no-particle version of the built-in resource pack, you can switch over to it
