Unofficial modpack aimed for use on multiplayer servers with Civ plugins

What is this for?

CivPak is a fairly lightweight modpack built on Fabric intended to enhance 'Civ' style minecraft servers—that is, servers usable on a vanilla client featuring the block reinforcement plugin Citadel, and the block-based in-game action-tracking plugin JukeAlert. This pack was built specifically with the server CivMC in mind, and has been formulated around its rules.

Mod Selection

Includes:

• Journeymap with a custom config designed to be as compliant as possible with CivMC's rules. (if you have performance issues, I recommend turning the entity radar off)
• GammaUtils for a more customizable fullbright experience compared to the server's freely available in-game /gamma command (which simply provides the Night Vision effect).
• The Snitch Mod to provide better management, placement, and visualization of owned snitches on a Civ server.
• CivBuddy as a generally good companion for vein mining and similar.
• Various performance optimization mods including Sodium.

About Server Rules

If you play on any server with this modpack, please review that server's rules and/or verify with that server's admin(s) to ensure everything on here is allowed. I've done my best to make sure all the mods here are above board, but some servers may have particularly strict rules and I'd always recommend due diligence to avoid any bans.

Modpack Non-Officiality (unless specified otherwise by authorized parties)

This modpack shall not be acknowledged to be official in any capacity for play on CivMC or other minecraft server, and shall not be construed as such, unless stated in a publicly available capacity by such server's owners or authorized persons to make that decision.

Licensing

This curated collection of mods does not carry a preset license due to differing and potentially incompatible licenses of constituent mods. The license, or lack thereof, on this collection shall not be construed to provide rights to the end user that may or may not conflict with those outlined by the licenses of any mods contained witin, and use of said mods is still subject to their individual terms on an individually-considered basis. Due to this individually-considered relationship between end-users and mods, users should carefully consider potential consequences for redistribution of this pack outside of the Modrinth platform. Due to the unique nature of the agreement Modrinth requires from Authors for content hosted on the Modrinth Platform under its Terms of Use, privileges implicitly granted here by said Terms may not apply elsewhere.

Any unique assets created by the pack author (CrazyGrape) provided by this modpack are to be considered under an All Rights Reserved basis unless otherwise specified.
