Readded Mouse Tweaks, No Chat Reports, No Chat Restrictions, Reese's Sodium Options, Sodium Extra, and Wavey Capes. Added in Borderless Mining & Cape Provider. Removed Capes. Some updates to mods & resource packs, as usual. :)
