(Re)Added Entity Culling, Not Enough Animations, OptiGUI, Scribble, Visuality, and Wavey Capes. Updated Controlling, Fabric API, Resourcefulconfig, and Mellow Shaders. Enabled Pixelated Shadows & Blocky Clouds in Mellow. Changed settings to be lower by default and then can be increased based on your hardware.
