Optimized Rendering

Opsidian uses industry-standard performance mods, including Sodium, Lithium, and BadOptimizations, to improve rendering efficiency, reduce frame-time spikes, and provide smoother overall gameplay.

Optional Performance Tip

Some optimization mods included in Opsidian can take advantage of Java's Vector API (SIMD) for additional performance.

If your launcher supports custom JVM arguments and you're using a compatible Java version, you can enable it by adding:

--add-modules=jdk.incubator.vector

If you don't add this argument, Opsidium will still work normally. This option simply enables additional CPU optimizations where supported.
