compatibility, default settings & resource loading, addition of gravemod instead of 'souls' Breakdown for nerds: • Removed debugify; caused issues with the JEI • Removed glowing; doesn't work with variant ores • Removed WarpSleep; doesn't work correctly on multiplayer servers • Updated the entity radar defaults for Xaero's minimap, to be a little more useful • Added a Grave Mod as Vanilla Refresh's 'souls' is a little janky
