About this project

What does Overstacked New add?

HytaleOverStack

A high-performance Hytale server-side plugin mod that dynamically increases maximum stack limits for items. If the default stack size of an item is low, this mod automatically expands it to 999 (or a custom limit configured by the administrator) for all kinds of items: materials, foods, ores, and more.

Features

  • Fully Automatic: The stack overrides are applied dynamically on server start/boot (BootEvent) and synchronized/re-applied whenever a player joins (PlayerConnectEvent). No manual command triggers are needed.
  • Highly Configurable: Customize stack targets, threshold limits, debug logs, and choose whether to allow stacking for single-stack items (like tools, weapons, and armor).
  • In-Game Commands: Convenient command lines to manually re-apply or reload settings on the fly.

Installation

  1. Copy HytaleOverStack-1.0.0.jar to your Hytale server's Plugins/ directory.
  2. Start the server. The configuration file OlyaOverStack.json will be automatically generated inside the plugin's data directory.

Configuration

You can customize the mod behaviors in the configuration file:

{
  "Debug": false,
  "MaxStackTarget": 999,
  "ModifyStackThreshold": 999,
  "ModifySingleStacks": true
}

  • Debug: (Boolean) Prints verbose logging in the server console for each modified item.
  • MaxStackTarget: (Integer) The new target maximum stack size (default: 999).
  • ModifyStackThreshold: (Integer) Items with a default stack size below this threshold will be modified (default: 999).
  • ModifySingleStacks: (Boolean) Set to true to allow stacking for items with default stack of 1 (tools, armor, weapons). Set to false to keep them unstackable.
