About this project
What does Thimble add?
Thimble: the classic pool-diving party game
Jump from a diving board, aim for the water, and claim the block you land in with your wool color. Miss the pool and you're eliminated. As the pool fills up, every jump gets harder. Last survivor wins!
Land in a 1×1 hole surrounded by filled blocks and it's a THIMBLE: you earn a bonus life, a special block, fireworks and a victory jingle.
Why this one?
- Guided arena creation: an on-screen guide tracks your progress step by step, with golden ghost previews of the detected pool and waiting zone.
- Any pool shape: outline it with a selection wand (round, L-shaped, whatever), or let the plugin auto-detect it under the diving board.
- Built for game nights: an animator opens the lobby, players sign up by simply walking into the waiting zone, rounds chain until you close.
Features
- One wool color per player (clickable menu), the pool becomes a map of everyone's jumps
- Lives, jump timer with on-screen countdown and sound ticks
- Live scoreboard, persistent stats and podium
- Spectator mode with a bench for the eliminated
- Named arenas, saved automatically
- Group-based permissions: everyone can play out of the box, admin commands are locked (nodes
deacoudre.play.*/deacoudre.admin.*)
