- Steam Compressor (compresses coal into carbon and carbon into diamonds)
- Steam Extractor (extracts things from things, eg. Fire essence from fire logs)
- Steam Forge Hammer (steam alternative to the Mechanical Press)
- Steam Macerator (steam upgrade to the crushing wheel)
- Macerator (electric version of Steam Macerator, gives more dust)
- Electric Press (electric version of the Steam Forge Hammer)
- Extractor (electric version of the Steam Extractor)
- Autoclave (electric powered, used for certain recipes)
- Liquid Furnace + Distillation Tower (for certain liquid recipes)
- Cracking Plant (for certain liquid recipes)
- Gas Compressor (for certain gas recipes)
- Cryogenic Distiller (for certain gas -> liquid recipes)
- Polymerization Reactor (making plastic from monomers)
- Arc Furnace (for certain high temp liquid/gas/item or a mixture of those recipes)
- Silicon Doper (for doping silicon)
- Inscriber (for circuit stuff)
- PCB Etcher (for PCB stuff)
- Assembler (for assembling circuit stuff)
- Atomic Reconstructor (for some chemical stuff and for enriching thorium)
