What does Packed Ice add?

Craft Compact Ice using 5 Permafrost, or 5 Ice blocks inside the builders workbench. Compact ice can increase your walking/running speed by 4x. Making it the fastest form of travel and giving you a use for all those ice blocks in your chest. Get building those minecraft-style ice roads and make traversing your world a breeze!
