[MGG] Life Totem

Features

• Prevents Fatal Damage — Automatically saves the player from otherwise fatal damage while a Life Totem is equipped.

• Health Restoration — Restores health and removes negative status effects, including burning and poison.

• Regeneration & Protection — Grants regeneration and temporary damage protection after activation.

• Protective Activation Effect — Creates a visible orb and knockback pulse around the player when the totem activates.

• Consumed on Use — The Life Totem is consumed when it successfully prevents death.

• Configurable Crafting & Loot — Customize the crafting recipe and optionally add Life Totems to supported mob and chest loot tables.

• Multi-Language Support — Includes English, German, Spanish, French, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, and Simplified Chinese.

How to Use

Equip a Life Totem into a utility slot.

When the player would otherwise die, the Life Totem automatically activates, restoring health, clearing negative effects, and providing temporary regeneration and protection.

Only one Life Totem can be equipped at a time.

Configuration

Life Totem generates its configuration inside: plugins\MGG Life Totem\config.yml

Available settings include crafting recipes, regeneration, protection duration, mob and chest loot, and language options.

Installation

1. Place the plugin .jar inside: AppData\Roaming\Hytale\UserData\Mods
2. Enable the mod inside of your world settings.
3. Start or restart the server/world.

Important Notes

• The Life Totem must be equipped in a utility slot to activate.

• Only one Life Totem can be equipped at a time.

• Beneficial status effects are preserved when negative effects are cleared.

• Mob and chest loot require valid Hytale drop-list IDs.

• The Life Totem is consumed after successfully preventing fatal damage.
