About this project

What does River Bridges add?

Discord support: https://discord.gg/6cmUR94bhA

RiverBridges places wooden and stone bridges across natural river crossings as the world generates - inspired by YUNG’s Better Bridges.

The mod currently includes several bridge designs: short oak log spans, stone decks, and a larger decorated crossing. Some placements use damaged or fallen variants, and the large bridge can rarely spawn a lookout guard.

What's new in 0.1.0

  • Multiple variants — logs, stone, and a longer decorated bridge; damaged midsection and fallen-tree alternates for variety.
  • Bridge guard — rare archer on the decorated bridge.
  • Admin tools — find, list, and teleport to placed bridges.

Commands

Permission: riverbridges.admin · aliases: /rb, /riverbridges, /bridge

  • /rb find [radius] — scan nearby, place a bridge, teleport (default radius 192)
  • /rb list [page] — list placed bridges with stable indices
  • /rb tp <index> — teleport to a bridge from the list
