About this project

What does DeathCoords add?

Tells you where you died, so you can get your things back.

  • The moment you die you get a chat line: "You died at X 120, Y 64, Z -33 (fell from a high place). Type /deathpoint to see it again."
  • After you respawn, a reminder shows the same spot and how far away it is.
  • /deathpoint repeats it any time, with the current distance.

Works in singleplayer and on servers; nothing to install for other players.

Settings

deathcoords.properties in the mod's data directory: remindOnRespawn (default true) and color.

Install

Drop the jar into the server's mods/ folder (or your UserData/Mods folder for singleplayer) and start the game.

Built for Hytale 0.7.x; also compiles against the 0.8 pre-release. Licence: MIT.
