CULLING GAMES:

Culling Games is a part of this mod that is mostly for server makers. Here is how it works:

To participate, first you have to craft and use the Kogane, which will give you access to all features related to the mod.

By using the Kogane item, you can:

  • View your current points
  • View all players participating on the Culling Games
  • Transfer points to a player in the Culling Games
  • Leave the Culling Games

Each time you kill a hostile mob, you will gain 1-3 points (configurable through in-game admin panel).

Each time you kill a PLAYER you will instead gain a portion of their points defined by the gamerule cullingGamesMultiplier (with it being Enemy's Points * 1/gamerule amount).

Those points are stored into a scoreboard called Culling Points.

KOGANE ENTITY UPDATE (V.2.0.0):

A new Kogane entity has been added to the Culling Games!

  • Use a Kogane item while sneaking and being a Culling Games participant to summon a Kogane.
  • The Kogane can interact with its owner and respond to various commands.
  • The Kogane can tell you your current position on the Culling Games leaderboard.
  • Added more flexible command/phrase detection for Kogane interactions.

Commands:

The Kogane understands a variety of commands and phrases:

  • Ask Kogane about your status, points, or score to see your current points.
  • Ask Kogane about the leaderboard, rankings, or who's winning to see the top players.
  • Ask where you rank, your position, or how you're doing to see your leaderboard placement.
  • Ask about the rules, how the Culling Game works, or what you're supposed to do for an explanation.
  • Ask who's nearby or who is around to detect registered players close to you.
  • Ask Kogane to talk, say something, or just greet it for a random response.
  • Ask Kogane to identify something you're looking at to check what it is worth.
  • Tell Kogane to stay, wait, or stop to make it remain in place.
  • Tell Kogane to follow you, come here, or return to recall it to your location, or just shout its name menancingly.

ITEMS:

Kogane = Main item of the mod, gives you access to the Culling Games.

Cursed Token = Rare drop from chests, gives you 5-25 Culling Points upon use.

Vow of Culling = Rare weapon enchantment (1-3), obtainable from librarian and chests, gives you a 50% chance to multiply or divide points gained by killing mobs. Scales with level:

Level 1: 1.5x | 0.50x Level 2: 2.0x | 0.25x Level 3: 3.0x | 0.00x

GAMERULES:

cullingGamesMultiplier = controls the amount you take another player's points.

COMMANDS:

/cullingcraft admin = Opens up the admin panel, where you can customize point gain and add more entities to drop Culling Points on kill (works for entities added by other mods).

CullingCraft Orca Compat

CullingCraft Orca Compat is a separate compatibility addon for SorceryFight by Orca.

It allows entities from SorceryFight to interact with CullingCraft's Culling Games point system.

The addon is required if you want to use CullingCraft's point system with SorceryFight entities without having to manually set them.
