About this project
What does New&Muddy add?
New & Muddy
I felt that mud, compared to other building blocks like deepslate, didn't have much to offer. So, I added new features related to it! This project is helping me learn coding, and I really enjoyed making it. I plan to update this mod with new and improved functions.
Functions:
- You can now find mud in normal swamps. In mangrove swamps, you will find sinking mud.

- You can create a dried version of mud. This can be achieved by smelting it in a furnace or placing mud in the Nether.

- Both packed and dried mud now have bricks, pillars, chiseled bricks, and polished versions.

- You can now make mud farmland. It doesn't need water, but it is destroyed when someone walks over it.

- Mud now drops mudballs instead of the block itself. This is just an extra step, but I added it to make it work like clay in Minecraft. You can throw mudballs to leave mud splashes on the ground.

- Mud lamps can now be crafted with mud brick slabs and frog lights.
