Adds a creature that will stalk you and progressively become more aggressive. Not exactly a dweller.

About this project

What does The Anomaly add?

The Anomaly Title

Warning! You need GeckoLib for the mod to work properly!

Official Discord Server made by MangoTree30!

This mod was made after the Mimicer, it is not a copy tho, and sorry for the confusion

2.0 Currently on BETA

The Anomaly is the new entity added by the mod, this entity seems to reside mostly in the caves, tormenting anyone who delves deep into them. Stay awake or it might evolve over time. For those who have played this mod before, the anomaly might have changed slightly it's behaviour.

The mod is meant for long playthroughs, you will not encounter the entity during the first days, make sure to make the most of it.

The mod is meant to be played without much more knowledge about the entity. I won't respond to most questions about the entity's behavior.

I also recommend checking the versions changelogs. You might find some important info about the mod, not too much tho.

Sounds were made by Mazellmi and SCP Containment Breach (Sorry! I had totally forgotten!)

Don't forget to use the lastest mod's version!

Spoiler

This mod hasn't been fully tested in multiplayer, feedback is appreciated!

Commands (Mod release 2.0.0b24)

· "/start": Skips to phase 1 (mod starts in phase 0, when the anomaly still can't spawn).

· "/anomalydata (option)", it contains the following options:

  • "can_see_anomaly": Returns if the anomaly is being seen by someone.
  • "has_spawned": Returns if it has currently spawned.
  • "phase": Returns the phase you're currently in.
  • "set_phase <number>": Changes the phase to a number between 0-6.
  • "set_sleep_event_probability <number>": Changes the probability of having a sleep event.
  • "sleep_event_probability": Returns the probability of having a sleep event.
  • "start_time": Returns the time when the game can finally switch to phase 1.
  • "warn_spawn": Sends a info message to chat whenever the anomaly spawns.
  • "encounter_cooldown": Returns the cooldown time remaining before another encounter is possible.
  • There are more options, but they just return info, more useful for debugging than anything else.

There's also a config where you can modify the spawning of each entity.
