About this project
What does Shipping Bin add?

📖 About 📖
The Shipping Bin is a simple block that lets you sell your items for any currency! Every night at midnight, items inside the Bin are automatically sold!
- Inspired by the Stardew Valley game mechanic, Shipping Bins are super useful for modpack makers, server owners, and anyone looking for an easy way to turn a profit on all that farming you do.
- The Shipping Bin inventory works like an Ender Chest and has a unique secure inventory for each player.
- This mod includes the Shipping Bin block itself, REI integration, a default vanilla trades datapack, and player attributes that let you add sell profit multipliers for different trades!
- The trades that the Shipping Bin offers are by default balanced around Villager trades, but are highly customisable and flexible! Details on how to use and change them are below.
This mod was developed by the wonderful tfarecnim!
❓ FAQ❓
Q: How can I add new trades?
A: With a simple datapack! You can make trades for any item in the game, including from other mods. Simple versions of example datapacks and explanations on how to change/use them can be found >HERE<!. This includes examples of Quality Food integration and attribute bonuses.
Q: Do I have to trade items for one specific currency?
A: Nope, you can set any amount of any item as the output of any trade!
Q: Can I get profit multipliers/bonuses?
A: The mod contains four player attributes: a general Sell Multiplier, and additional selling multipliers for (by default) Crops, Meat and Gems. Any attribute can be used in trades for selling multipliers.
By default, this mod does not contain a way in survival to increase these attributes.
Q: Do Shipping Bin trades support NBT?
A: Yes! This means compatibility with mods like Quality Food is possible!
Q: How can I report a bug/issue?
A: Leave a comment and hopefully we can fix it!
Q: Will this mod be updated to 1.xx / Fabric?
A: Not unless you have the money to pay my developer for it, because I sure don't :)
