What does Vault Hunters InvHud Fix add?

This mod fixes the issue with Inventoty HUD+ displaying Vault gear in a broken state as the item was at full durability.

With this the item will display the text "BROKEN" if the state of the item is broken.

This is only necessary in the client.

Works in U15.
