About this project
What does Epic Fight - ExCap add?
Note: This will break with custom player-made data packs. The only reason to use data packs is for ExCap integration with other modded weapons.
For 1.21.1, ExCap is no more. It has been merged with Epic Fight itself, and now you don't need Epic Fight or ExCap's janky mixins to mess around. I've been planning this merge for a while, and I hope you enjoy what remains of this relic.
ExCap is incompatible with Epic Fight Extra from Asanginxst, be sure to read the note from above.
Why fight over capability space when you can extend?
This mod adds the notable Extendable Weapon Capability from Epic Fight - Battle Arts. This library is free for everyone to add their own Epic Fight movesets.
I've created this as part of a larger Epic Fighting Forward project, a mini-mod pack project featuring some of my mods to teach aspiring Epic Fight addon developers to develop their movesets.
This is required for Epic Fight - Battle Arts to function.
Currently, the weapons available to patch are.
Axes
Bows
Sword
Longsword
Greatsword
Spear
Dagger
Tachi
Bokken
Uchigatana
