What does Tool Warnings add?

Description

You ever been mining, getting into the zone, and then poof, your pick breaks? Your mending pick, the one you don't want to break? Or you forget to check the durability of your armor and a measly zombie breaks your enchanted netherite armor?

This is a really simple mod, that checks the durability of your tools and armor you're using, and will warn you if the durability drops below 10%.
