About this project

What does Schizophrenia add?

You can no longer trust your own senses. The world around you is changing, faces are becoming distorted, and voices whisper terrifying things in the darkness. You suffer from schizophrenia—a severe mental illness that slowly erases the boundary between reality and nightmare.

Medication is the only thing keeping you from complete madness. But what happens if you stop taking it?

❗ Consequences of Not Taking Your Medication

The longer you go without your medication, the more severe the symptoms become, and the harder it will be to regain control:

  • More frequent and intense terrifying events – you will see more horrifying faces, shadowy figures will appear closer
  • Hallucinations become more realistic – soon, you won’t be able to tell what’s real and what’s an illusion.
  • Paranoia intensifies – you feel like someone is always watching
  • Loud noises become unbearable – whispers turn into deafening screams, sudden loud crashes make your heart race, and distorted music fills the air.
  • Medication may stop working – if you neglect your illness for too long, even taking your pills won’t help, and your mind will continue to spiral into madness.

💊 Pills System

  • You need to craft pills over time!
  • You can take pills only 7 times
  • The longer you don’t take pills, the worse the hallucinations become
  • After you take 7 times of pills, you need to buy new pills from medic villager

💀 Symptoms You Will Experience in the Game:

🔊 Terrifying Sounds and Voices

  • You will hear ragged whispers right next to your ears, inescapable and maddening.
  • Sounds may suddenly fade away, only to explode back with an ear-piercing scream or loud banging.

🔪 Psychotic Episodes

  • You begin to lose control—your screen flickers, distorts, as if the game itself is glitching
  • If you go too long without medication, you may reach the point of no return, leading to a horrifying end.

❓ What is Schizophrenia?

Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder that destroys a person’s ability to distinguish between reality and delusions.
People with this illness:

  • Often hear voices that may command, frighten, or confuse them.
  • See things that do not exist, experiencing visions that seem disturbingly real.
  • Suffer from intense paranoia, making them unable to trust even those closest to them.

This game will let you experience it firsthand in the most unsettling way possible.

💊 Take your meds… Before it’s too late.
