About this project

What does Ore and random items add?

New mod!

Cool new version of the old mod:

Ores and random features - Minecraft Mods - CurseForge

This mod will not get nymore updates as the workspace for the mod is now lost. You can use the new mod tho!

This mod adds a couple of random and scattered items with fairly easy recipes, like:

  • Mega token(edible)
  • Sash
  • potions
  • Saphire tools
  • Ruby ore
  • Ruby blocks
  • Gemstone gauntlet
  • Mythril gear
  • Coffee
  • HELIUM

IMPORTANT!

Though not necessarily required, it's still HEAVILY suggested to use Just Enough items, or JEI for short, as some of the recipes are quite complicated and likely require some assistance to produce.

GUIDE

By getting an oak log, you unlock a whole lot of recipes, but there are a couple of complicated things to go over.

Getting mithril

To get mithril, you'll need to find it very rarely in veins of 5. Afterward, they need to be smelted into scraps of mithril. Then, you'll need to gain a bunch of it to be crafted into a block of mythril scraps, made up of 8 mithril scrap and 1 slime ball in the center. After making these scrap blocks, you need 2 of them, 2 gold ingots, and a lava bucket. This will turn the scrap into a Bucket of Mithril Alloy. Then, put these buckets, however many you can make, into a brewing stand and use blue ice as an added ingredient to finally get some mithril.

Getting coffee

To get coffee, you need about 3 ingredients those being a block of quartz, any sapling, and a bucket of water. You could figure it out from there.

If you want any features to be added, feel free to suggest any in the comments.
