What does Laconic Tweaks add?

Laconic Tweaks

A companion mod for the upcoming modpack Laconia 2. Currently, the only user-facing thing it implements is adding the Soul Thief enchantment, which goes on swords and causes any mobs killed to drop Demon Will from Blood Magic. Requires Blood Magic.
