Description

Create: Melodies & Mechanisms brings an industrial twist to music creation in Minecraft.
Craft your favorite music discs from scratch using automated Create machines, and experience the magic of music through mechanics.

Forget dungeon RNG — now you engineer your soundtracks.

🎛️ Crafting the Blank Disc Plate

Everything starts with the Deepslate Disc Plate — a crafted blank used to record a music disc.

Use a combination of:

  • Pressing to mold deepslate into a clean, flat disc.

Every disc uses the same base, but the ingredients and sequence afterward will define the sound.

🎶 Sequenced Disc Creation

Once your plate is ready, it's time to program the melody.

  • Use Deployers to embed unique materials (Emeralds, Echo Shards, Amethysts…) into the plate — simulating the music's "soul".
  • Press the plate to finalize the recording.

Different materials lead to different discs. For example:

  • Amethyst Shard + Emerald = music_disc_otherside
  • Echo Shard + Sculk = music_disc_5
