the_purgatory-1.0.0-neoforge-1.21.8.jar. Change the file and its required mods may change too.

About this project
What does The Purgatory add?
The Purgatory is a brutal new dimension where punishment becomes survival.
When a player commits a sin, or use illegal items, they are executed and sent to the Purgatory — an endless infernal prison filled with hostile creatures, red sand deserts, and an obsidian underworld.
Your only hope is to progress through the Altar of the Purgatory, crafting and offering special keys that unlock new stages of torment. Each phase brings deadlier challenges, powerful bosses, and unique resources.
Forge the Purgatory Metal, create the Purgatory Metal Pickaxe, and endure every trial until you obtain the final artifact — the Purgatory Key: Level III, your only way to escape back to the overworld.
The mod is designed for both extreme survival modpacks and multiplayer servers, where it can be used as a real prison for players who break the rules. If you are an administrator, you can send players to the Purgatory using /exile -player name-, or put the purgatory ring in their inventory using /give -player name- purgatory_ring (The second option works better for now).
To fully understand the progression, players should review the new Purgatory achievements tab, available once they enter the dimension.
This tab serves as a visual guide to the path they must follow to progress and, hopefully, escape.
