Bugs Patched

• Clipping into blocks can no longer occur when jumping into a new dimension
• Multiple T.Os Magic and Iron's spells are compatible with immersive portals, no longer sending the player into the roof / void of a dimension.
• Jade showing incorrect block details when looking through a portal
• Jade's block mining progress jittering when mining a block in a different dimension
• Any pickaxe could be used on the Infernal Crossing layer.
• The player can now move around when crouched in between the layers.
• Sound not playing when mining a block (still in development)
• Immersive portals causing fall damage when the dimension below isn't loaded in time
• World spawn not being changed when obstructued

QoL Features introduced:

• Better indication when attempting to break a ceiling block with an insufficient pickaxe.
• Pickaxes used to break ceiling blocks now show which layers they break through.
• Removed multiple join notifications from various mods for new players, reducing clutter.
• Mobs no longer spawn on the ceilings of dimensions (to prevent them jumping into the holes created by digging up)
• Depth meter, showing all players height (configurable)
• Uses player's velocity to predictively preload dimensions (to make falling between dimensions more seamless)
• Waystones are relative to the dimension stack (cost makes more sense)
• Optionally disable summons from attacking other players (also means other players can't attack it)
