Primity 0.2.1.1 for 1.20.1 forge targets 1.20.1, 1.20 with Forge. The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both. All 2 required mods have matching files.
Where it goes
Is Primity required on the client, server, or both?
The project page does not say whether this file belongs on the client, dedicated server, or both.
The source does not explicitly classify this release as client-only or server-only.
What else does Primity 0.2.1.1 for 1.20.1 forge need?
0.2.1.1 for 1.20.1 forge. Change the file and its required mods may change too.
Install YetAnotherConfigLib, Kotlin for Forge first. We found matching files for this game-version and loader setup. 12 come through another mod in the chain.
12 extra mods were pulled in by other dependencies. Indented rows show who needs each one. We only count dependency files that match this setup. A file for another loader does not fill the gap.

About this project
What does Primity add?
Primity

Increases difficulty by slowing down the early stage progression with flint tools and cast iron. No tree punching. Block hardness increase.
Description
Minecraft's early progression feels too rushed to me, punch wood > wooden pickaxe (breaks 3 stones and throws it away) > stone pickaxe > already have access to iron.
Primity makes you stay in the early stages for a longer time with Flint Tools and Cast Iron so you can really appreciate each tool level.
Even before being able to make a crafting table, I'll have to find some flint and craft a stone-level Flint Axe to be able to break logs.
Creating iron on a Blast Furnace now feels like an accomplishment by having to smelt Cast Iron first, making copper tools and armor have a special place in the progression.

Features
🌲👊 - No Tree Punching
Logs will only drop if you break it with an axe.
Can be disabled in the mod options.
🪨⚒️ - Flint Tools
To have access to wood, primitive tool parts can be crafted with flint.
Flint tools are as good as stone tools, flintstones are stones after all.
Disables Wooden and Stone tools, causing blocks broken by them to not drop items. (Can be configured in the mod options)
Also, you can craft a Buckler, a smaller shield made of wood, useful for the first nights. (Not available on 1.20.1)
🔥🔻 - Cast Iron
Adds Cast Iron Ingot, Nugget and Block.
Raw Iron and Iron Ores will be converted into Cast Iron Ingot if smelted on a normal furnace. To be able to smelt Raw Iron directly into Iron Ingots, you will need a Blast Furnace.
Cast Iron Ingot can be smelted into Iron Nuggets. Cast Iron items are used as a substitute for Iron in some recipes. (Example: Blocks that have iron in darker colors, such as, cauldrons and chains.)
Additionally, Raw Gold and Gold Ores will only give a nugget when smelted on a normal furnace.
⛏️⏳ - Slower Blocks Breaking
Increases the hardness of blocks, making them take 2x the normal time to break.
Can be configured or reset to vanilla values in the mod options.
How to Start
Advancements and the recipe book will show you what you need to do.
Gathering Wood:
- Find gravel and break it for flint. Can be easily found on rivers and oceans. (See: Gravel - Natural Generation)
- With 3 flint, craft a Flint Axe Head.
- Find tree leaves or dead bushes and break them for sticks. (See: Stick - Block Loot)
- Craft a Flint Axe with the Flint Axe Head and a Stick.
- Now you have access to wood.
Making Iron:
- Mine 45 Raw Iron.
- Smelt the Raw Iron into Cast Iron Ingots on a Furnace.
- Smelt the Cast Iron Ingots into Iron Nuggets on a furnace.
- Craft 5 Iron Ingots with the Iron Nuggets.
- Craft a Blast Furnace.
- Now every Raw Iron smelt on the Blast Furnace will be crafted directly into Iron Ingots.
Tip: Finding a village with the right blocks or looting structures will help speed up this process.
