What does Custom Music Disc Pack add?

A little project I have whipped together to add new music discs to Minecraft.

I made this mod a while ago in MCreator, and have decided to begin working on it again. Already has multiple custom discs in it though.

Discs cannot be obtained without the use of commands (yet).
