What does Rare Stuffs add?

This mod in the future will have more features... obviously.

Items:

Iolite | Found in Watch Tower, Used to brew Anti-Gravity Potions and Totems.

Axe of Power | Found in Barrels, A powerful axe, Has a WIP combo feature that stacks up to 10, though it doesnt work.

Structures:

Watch Tower | New Structure with simple loot, Chance for Iolite to spawn in the chest.

Barrels | New Structure with simple loot, Very Very low chance for Axe of Power to spawn in the chest.
