About this project
What does Angel Collars add?
When one of your beloved pets die, they will drop a Pet Collar. Pet Collars can be dropped by Wolves, Cats, Parrots, or any other modded pet.
To respawn your pet, you must use a Pet Collar on a charged Respawn Anchor (or bed if enabled). Right-clicking the Respawn Anchor with the collar will consume the collar and respawn your fallen pet. Make sure you do this in the Nether, or you'll be in for an explosive suprise...
Includes an adjustable config to set the collar color of non-dyeable pets.
I sn't this just Pet Cemetery?
Esentially... Yes.
This mod was created due to how hardcoded Pet Cemetery is, especially on 1.20.1. I personally don’t like the undead pets, and the lack of mod compatibility and storing of wolf variants from Vanilla Backport bothered me. No assets or code were used from the original though. I highly recommend you try out Pet Cemetery and its addon, Pet Necropolis before trying Angel Collars, as these may work great for your modpack already. This mod should be used as a last resort!
All credit for the original idea and concepts goes to Team Abnormals. I highly recommend using their mods and supporting then on Patreon if your aren't already.
(Make sure all pets are revived if updating from 1.20.1, as all collars will lose their data.)
