About this project

What does Merchant Core add?

🟢 Merchant Core

An advanced trading station that binds to Villagers to automate your emerald farming and item exchanges.

Ever get tired of manually clicking through Villager trades or struggling to build massive, laggy trading halls? Merchant Core introduces a balanced, vanilla-friendly way to automate your trades. Craft the core, bind it to your favorite Villager, and let the machine handle the rest!

✨ Features

  • 🔗 Smart Villager Binding: Simply Shift + Right-Click the Merchant Core to scan and bind it to the nearest Villager (within a 5-block radius).
  • 🛡️ Anti-Conflict System: Built-in tagging ensures that each Villager can only be bound to one Merchant Core at a time. No overlapping or bugged machines!
  • 📦 Fully Automatable: (Works seamlessly with Hoppers and Redstone to automatically pull inputs and push out your traded items/emeralds.)
  • 🖥️ Vanilla-Friendly GUI: A clean, intuitive interface that blends perfectly with the base game.
  • ⛏️ Survival Ready: Comes with a balanced crafting recipe and proper tool requirements (Requires an Iron Pickaxe or higher to break and drop).

📖 How to Use

  1. Craft the Core: You will need Iron Ingots, Redstone Dust, an Emerald, and a Chest.
  2. Place and Bind: Place the block near a Villager. Sneak (Shift) and Right-Click the block to link them together. A chat message will confirm the successful connection.
  3. Open the Interface: Right-Click the block normally to open the Merchant Core GUI.
  4. Automate! Insert your payment items (like Emeralds or base materials) and watch the core do the trading for you.

(If you break the Merchant Core, the bound Villager will be freed and can be linked to a new machine.)
