About this project

What does Golem Targets add?

Golem Targets

Protect your base from nosy players by assigning your golems bounties!

SHIFT + RIGHT CLICK an iron golem or a snow golem, and put in a piece of paper with the name of the target. It will now target that player until you take the paper back out.

Golem Targets is fully functional as a server-side mod, but works in singleplayer too.

Features

  • Right click any combat golem to open a 5-slot GUI
  • The golem becomes hostile towards player names written on the pieces of paper
  • Everything saves over a restart
  • Player-built golems only allow their owner to access the targets GUI
  • Configurable aggro distance (default 48 blocks)

Configuration

The file golem-targets.properties appears in config/ upon first running the mod.

There is only one configuration:

range=48.0 Distance until golem starts targetting players that they've been assigned to target

Future Plans

  • Support 26.1
