  • ⚒️ Runic’s Useful Tools

Runic’s Useful Tools combines tree harvesting, vein mining, farming utilities, and large-scale digging into one optimized tool expansion mod for Minecraft.

Every system is designed around performance-safe block processing. Instead of instantly breaking thousands of blocks at once, actions are handled in controlled sequential batches over a short duration. This dramatically reduces lag spikes and keeps gameplay smooth, even on heavily modded servers or with massive trees, ore veins, farms, and terrain clearing operations.

The mod includes advanced anti-lag handling for extremely large structures. Massive trees are processed in sections, allowing multiple players to contribute simultaneously without freezing the server. Even enormous trees containing tens of thousands of logs are safely managed through staged processing waves rather than instant updates.

All tools include configurable area and depth controls, durability-aware processing, partial completion when tools are too damaged, optional Break Protection to prevent tool destruction, and built-in compatibility with modded blocks, crops, ores, tools, and world generation.

A real-time targeting UI provides live feedback before committing to large actions, displaying:

    • Tool durability
    • Total affected blocks
    • Mining, farming, digging, or chopping previews

    Runic’s Useful Tools supports:

    • Full tree harvesting
    • Ore vein mining
    • Tunnel and area mining
    • Large-scale digging
    • Area farming and tilling
    • Automatic crop replanting
    • Faster leaf decay after chopping
    • Player-placed log protection
    • Shift-to-use vanilla behavior
    • Extensive UI theme support

Built to remain lightweight, scalable, and server-friendly, the mod focuses on making large repetitive tasks faster while preserving stable performance and survival balance.

⚙️ ANTI LAG PREVENTION - FOR LARGE TREE MODS ON SERVERS

    | Tree Size | Players Hitting | Result | Time At 20 TPS |
    |
    | 250 logs | 1 player | whole tree/section falls | ~1.25s |
    | 1,000 logs | 4 players | 4 sections claimed, whole tree falls | ~1.25s |
    | 25,000 logs | 100 players | 100 sections claimed, whole tree falls | ~1.25s |
    | 50,000 logs | 100 players | first 25,000 logs fall only | ~1.25s, then another 100 manual hits needed |
    | 100,000 logs | 100 players | first 25,000 logs fall only | ~1.25s, needs 4 total waves of 100 hits |Extensive UI theme supportExtensive UI theme support

🧩 Compatibility

Designed to work out of the box with other mods. Whether you're using custom biomes, new tree types, or modded tools, Runic’s Timber Mod adapts automatically with no configuration required.

Fully optimized for both singleplayer and multiplayer, with built-in safeguards to prevent performance issues during large-scale tree harvesting.
