What does StackUpUp add?

StackUpUp is a Minecraft 1.12.2 mod that raises item stack limits beyond 64 with a new rule-based system.

It is derived from StackUp, but focuses on a cleaner 1.12.2-only rewrite with better support for metadata-based items such as GregTech CEu materials, OreDictionary matching, and modern MixinBooter-based compatibility patches.
