Starcatcher Auto

SCAuto (Starcatcher Fishing Addon) SCAuto is a client-side NeoForge mod designed as an addon for the Minecraft mod Starcatcher. It enhances the complex fishing minigame with intelligent automation, dynamic spot targeting, and in-game configurable controls.

Features

Auto Catch – Automatically handles the Starcatcher fishing minigame with high precision. Advanced State Manager – Cycle through 5 different smart targeting modes to fit your current fishing goals:

• OFF
• ON (No Treasure, No Bad Spots): Safely catches the fish while ignoring everything else.
• ON (With Treasure, No Bad Spots): Prioritizes treasures while avoiding traps.
• ON (No Treasure, With Bad Spots): Catches the fish but allows hitting dangerous spots (if you want the extra challenge or specific modifiers).
• ON (With Treasure, With Bad Spots): Hits everything including treasures and bad spots.

Smart Treasure Hunter – Automatically targets and secures treasure chests. When a treasure is present, the bot smartly stalls the minigame at a safe progress threshold to wait for the treasure to be fully collected before finishing the catch. Trap Avoidance – Intelligently reads textures to detect and avoid bad spots (TNT, Creeper, Wither) to prevent minigame penalties and progress decay. Configurable Treasure Threshold – Adjust the fishing progress percentage at which the bot stalls for treasure. Lower values mean it will pause to hunt for the treasure earlier, while higher values prioritize securing the fish first.

Keybinds

`V` → Toggle and cycle through Auto Fish modes

`=` → Increase required fishing progress threshold (+5%)

`-` → Decrease required fishing progress threshold (-5%)

Usage

1. Cast your fishing rod to start the minigame.
2. Press V to cycle through the Auto Fish modes until you find your desired setting.
3. (Optional) Adjust the safe treasure threshold using = and - to balance between securing the fish and waiting for treasure.
4. Let the mod handle the rest, safely avoiding traps and securing your loot efficiently.
