About this project
What does Inventory Stacks+ add?
Inventory Stack Upgrade
Tired of managing stacks of 64 when you're deep into a grind? Inventory Stack Upgrade solves that by letting you craft and equip upgrade items that permanently raise your personal inventory stack limit — no config files, no commands, just craft and slot.
Inspired by the progression-based upgrade system in Sophisticated Backpacks.
How It Works
Craft one of the three upgrade items and place it into the dedicated upgrade slot found in your inventory screen, located above the crafting output slot. Your stack size limit increases immediately across your entire inventory. Remove the item from the slot at any time to revert back to normal.

Features
- Three progression tiers — earn your way up from 256 to 1,024 to 4,096
- Dedicated inventory slot — clean integration into the vanilla inventory screen
- Works everywhere — stack limits apply when picking up items, moving stacks, shift-clicking, and transferring to chests and other containers
- Per-player — each player on a server has their own independent upgrade level
- Death persistent — your equipped upgrade survives death and dimension changes
- Any item supported — applies to all stackable items from any mod
Compatibility
Tested and working alongside Create, Minecolonies, Twilight Forest, Sophisticated Backpacks, and a wide range of other popular NeoForge mods. Because the upgrade hooks into base inventory and slot logic rather than patching individual items or containers, it works universally with modded items and storage blocks.
