With a sleek, unobtrusive UI, you can seamlessly add up to 250 pages to a single chest, easily search through your items with an advanced fuzzy-search engine, automatically sort your inventories, and Quick-Stack your loot to nearby chests with a single click.

📖 Quick Start Guide & Tutorial

Using Pageable Chests is incredibly intuitive and integrates perfectly into your normal gameplay loop. Open a Chest: Place down any normal vanilla chest (Single or Double) and open it. You will notice a sleek new UI attached to the sides. Add a Page: Click the (+) button on the right side to add a brand new, empty page to the chest. (You can add up to 250 pages!). Navigate: Use the (<-) and (->) arrow buttons to flip through your pages. The page indicator will show you your current position (e.g., 1 / 5). Sort & Compress: Click the Sort button (Top Left) to instantly compress fragmented stacks and sort your entire chest (across ALL pages). Left-click and Right-click cycle through different sorting modes. Quick Stack: Come home from a mining trip? Press ENTER or click the Quick Stack button in your inventory. The mod will automatically deposit your items into nearby chests that already contain those items!

🗃️ True Multi-Page Storage

• Up to 250 Pages: A single chest or double chest can hold an astronomical amount of items.
• Unified Double Chests: Double chests seamlessly share their pages. Sorting a double chest will organize items intelligently across both halves and all pages.
• Automation Friendly: Hoppers, pipes, and other mods can interact with the chest! The mod safely exposes all pages as a single massive inventory (up to 250x standard size) so machines can push/pull items automatically.

⚡ Advanced Quick-Stacking

Quick-stacking has been taken to the next level. Send your loot to nearby chests in a configurable radius (up to 32 blocks XZ/Y!).

• Smart Distribution: Items only go into chests that already contain a matching item or matching Tag.
• Backpack Integration: This is huge! The Quick-Stack algorithm actively checks inside modded Backpacks and Shulker Boxes in your inventory, dynamically extracting and stacking their contents to nearby chests for you!
• Facing-Only Mode: A toggleable setting that only searches for chests directly in front of where you are looking.

🔍 Fuzzy Search & Prefix Queries

Locate any item instantly using the built-in search box. The search ignores spaces, casing, and even allows missing letters. Pull matched items directly to Page 1!

Supported Advanced Prefixes:

• mod_id: (e.g., mod_id:create)
• encht_lvl: (e.g., encht_lvl:3)
• encht_name: (e.g., encht_name:mending)
• name_tag: (Searches custom anvil names)
• tag: (e.g., tag:logs)

🧹 10 Smart Sorting Modes

By clicking the Sort button, all items are physically extracted, merged (stacking half-stacks together safely), and perfectly sorted. Cycle through modes using Left/Right click: * Mod ID | Rarity | Item Count | One Stack First | Name | Tag | Category | Blocks | Enchantment Level | Name Tag

⚙️ Extensive Personal Customization

The mod features an incredible client-side GUI (Infinite Chests Setting) allowing every player to set their own personalized rules without affecting others:

• Slot Blacklists: Prevent specific inventory slots (like your hotbar) from being quick-stacked.
• Item & Tag Blacklists: Ban specific items, modded tags, or even customized Name-Tagged items (like "My Precious Sword") from ever leaving your inventory during a Quick Stack.
• UI Customization: Offset sliders allow you to move the chest buttons (Left, Right, Y-axis) so they don't overlap with other UI mods.

🤝 Mod Compatibilities

• Jade / Waila: Look at a chest, and Jade will dynamically highlight exactly which items in your inventory are eligible to be Quick-Stacked into that specific chest!
• Suffocation Mod: Full compatibility with Suffocation's Multiblock entities.

⚠️ Important Notes & Caveats

While the mod is designed to be as safe as possible, there are a few important vanilla mechanics to keep in mind: Breaking Chests: If you break a chest containing 200 pages of items, ALL items from ALL hidden pages will drop onto the floor. Be extremely careful when breaking massive storage chests, as this can cause severe server/client lag! Deleting Pages: If you click the (-) button to delete a page, any items remaining on that specific page will be safely dropped on the ground at the chest's location to prevent item deletion. Client-Side Configs: Your Blacklists, Whitelists, and Quick-Stack ranges are specific to you. If you play on a server, your friend will have their own independent rules for their Quick-Stack key!
