About this project
What does OOUndeadExpansion add?
OOUndeadExpansion
OOUndeadExpansion turns the animal life of your world into part of the undead threat.
Zombies and zombie animals can infect supported animals, creating hostile undead variants with their own behavior, visuals, and configurable stats. Infected animals use vanilla friendly yet deadly abilities and can easily become a formidable source of danger in the world. With the right items, they can also be cured back into living animals.
The mod was commissioned for the Ominous Odyssey modpack and is built for hostile survival gameplay, horror-leaning packs, and worlds where infection should feel like an active part of the ecosystem.

Features
- Hostile zombie variants for many vanilla animals.
- Infection when supported animals are killed by zombies or zombie animals.
- Curing with Weakness effect and a Golden Apple.
- Configurable stats, loot, natural spawning, biome lists, and group sizes.
- Zombie animal reinforcements and help calls.
- Villager avoidance and zombie villager conversion support.
