What does Alchemical Artifice add?

You will Get an Ingredients List Upon Joining the World for the first time. Fill a cauldron with water and fill it With any Combination of Ingredients to Create a Potion if that Combination has a Result. The Combinations will be a Mystery to add a layer of Experimentation to the Mod.
