What does Fantasy DNA add?
📖 Fantasy DNA — Player Guide
Welcome to Fantasy DNA, a world where you can awaken legendary bloodlines, evolve powerful eyes, summon colossal creatures, transform into a Jinchūriki, and wield the weapons of gods.
This guide will walk you through the mod’s main progression systems and explain how to begin your journey.
🎮 Basic Controls
O — Opens the Abilities and Progression menu. You can assign unlocked abilities to the Z, X, C, and V slots here.
Z / X / C / V — Activates the four abilities assigned through the menu.
B — Activates or deactivates your dojutsu. When active, your awakened eyes become visible.
R — Recalls a thrown divine weapon.
G / F — Activates weapon flight and special weapon actions.
Sneak + Jump — Activates passive Movement Arts, explained later in this guide.
🧬 1. Obtaining DNA
Every journey begins by choosing a bloodline.
You can craft different DNA Machines, including:
God DNA Machine
Uchiha DNA Machine
Hyuga DNA Machine
Chinoike DNA Machine
Mutant DNA Machine
These machines are constructed using valuable materials such as obsidian, an Eye of Ender, an Eye Station, and a Brewing Stand.
Hold a DNA Machine in your hand and right-click to produce its corresponding DNA Potion. The required ingredients must be present in your inventory and will be consumed during the process.
Example DNA ingredients:
God DNA: Glass Bottle + Nether Star + Dragon’s Breath + Enchanted Golden Apple
Uchiha DNA: Glass Bottle + Sharingan Eye + Blaze Powder + Fermented Spider Eye
Hyuga DNA: Glass Bottle + Byakugan Eye + Ghast Tear + Amethyst Shard
Chinoike DNA
Mutant DNA
Drink the resulting potion to permanently awaken that bloodline.
If you want to carry multiple bloodlines, use the DNA Combiner to create dual-DNA combinations:
God–Uchiha
God–Hyuga
Uchiha–Hyuga
You can eventually create the All DNA Potion, which grants access to every supported bloodline.
📈 2. Levels and Progression
Your DNA progresses from Level 1 to Level 5. Each new level makes you stronger, increases your health and chakra, unlocks new abilities, and advances your dojutsu.
You can earn DNA XP by:
Defeating bosses, which provides the largest amount of XP
Using abilities and defeating enemies
Using a DNA XP source item
Using administrator commands when needed
Each level is a meaningful step in your bloodline’s evolution, so stronger techniques and eye stages will gradually become available as you progress.
👁️ 3. Dojutsu
Your dojutsu normally evolves alongside your DNA level, although special tools can help accelerate certain parts of the process.
Uchiha Path
The Sharingan develops through the following stages:
One-Tomoe Sharingan → Two-Tomoe Sharingan → Three-Tomoe Sharingan → Mangekyō Sharingan → Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan
Excessive Mangekyō use can gradually damage your eyesight and eventually cause blindness. Reaching the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan permanently removes this risk.
Hyuga Path
The Hyuga eye progression is:
Byakugan → Jōgan → Tenseigan
Each stage provides stronger vision, chakra control, and increasingly powerful techniques.
Rinnegan
The Rinnegan is one of the highest-tier dojutsu and grants abilities such as:
Shinra Tensei
Banshō Ten’in
Amenotejikara
Chibaku Tensei
Ketsuryūgan — Chinoike Path
The Chinoike progression is:
Kokugan → Basic Ketsuryūgan → Ketsuryūgan → Eternal Ketsuryūgan → Rinne Ketsuryūgan
You can produce and extract eyes using the Uchiha Eye Machine and Eye Syringe. The syringe can also be used to extract eyes from defeated Uchiha enemies.
⚡ 4. Abilities
Abilities are permanently unlocked using Skill Seals.
Skill Seals can be obtained as boss drops or accessed through Creative Mode. Right-click while holding a seal to unlock its ability permanently.
After unlocking an ability:
Press O to open the Abilities menu.
Select the ability you want to use.
Assign it to Z, X, C, or V.
Press the assigned key to activate it.
Certain high-level abilities require a specific dojutsu stage, such as the Mangekyō Sharingan or Rinnegan.
🐸 5. Kuchiyose — Creature Summoning
You can form contracts with enormous summon creatures and call them into battle.
Begin by crafting a Contract Altar using valuable materials such as:
Amethyst
Diamond
Beacon
Obsidian
Gold Block
Next, craft the Summoning Contract for the creature you want. For example, a Toad Contract may require:
Paper + Slimeball + Ink Sac
Use the contract at the altar to sign it.
After signing a contract, use a Kuchiyose Scroll to summon your contracted creature. Available summon families include:
Toad
Snake
Slug
Hawk
Increasing a contract’s level makes its summon larger and more powerful. Reaching Contract Level 5 — Sage Rank unlocks the matching animal’s Sennin Mode.
You can also travel to each summon family’s homeland through its corresponding Realm Portal.
🌿 6. Sennin — Sage Mode
Reaching Sage Rank with a summon contract unlocks that creature’s Sennin Mode.
While Sage Mode is active:
You use a separate Sage Chakra pool.
Your maximum health and chakra are doubled.
Health and chakra regeneration are increased.
A unique Sage eye frame appears around your eyes.
Sennin Mode automatically ends when your Sage Chakra is depleted.
🦊 7. Jinchūriki and the Tailed Beasts
Wild Tailed Beasts roam the world. You can track one using a special treasure map.
To seal a Tailed Beast:
Find and challenge the beast.
Reduce it below 10% health.
Use the Eight Trigrams Sealing Technique to seal it directly, or summon the Gedo Mazo and imprison it inside the statue.
After successfully sealing a Tailed Beast, you can begin your Jinchūriki progression.
Available transformations include:
Chakra Cloak forms, progressing through the beast’s full tail count
Complete Tailed Beast transformation
As your Jinchūriki level increases, you will unlock stronger transformations and devastating techniques such as the Tailed Beast Bomb.
🟣 8. Susanoo
Uchiha players who awaken the Mangekyō Sharingan can summon their Susanoo.
The Susanoo progresses through five forms:
Skeletal Form
Partial Humanoid Form
Armoured Form
Winged Form
Perfect Susanoo
Each stage is larger, stronger, and more heavily protected than the last. Forms 4 and 5 can fly, giving you access to aerial movement and attacks.
You can enter and ride your Susanoo during combat.
⚔️ 9. Divine Weapons
Powerful Asgard bosses—including Thor, Kratos, and others—can drop legendary weapons such as:
Mjölnir
Stormbreaker
Leviathan Axe
Draupnir Spear
Blades of Chaos
Each divine weapon has its own combat arts and elemental powers, including ice, lightning, Bifröst energy, and chaos flames.
After throwing a divine weapon, press R to recall it.
While holding a divine weapon, you also become immune to its corresponding elemental damage.
🏃 10. Passive Movement Arts
Movement Arts are permanent passive abilities unlocked through special seals. After unlocking one, you can enable or disable it through the Abilities menu.
Dash
Press Sneak + Jump to dash in the direction you are looking. The dash refreshes when you touch the ground.
Double Jump
Allows you to perform a second jump while airborne.
Wall Climbing
Move against a wall to climb upward along its surface.
Water Walking
Run and jump across the surface of water. Sneak to dive beneath the surface.
🌀 11. Dimensions and Portals
You can travel to Konoha, Asgard, and the different summon realms through themed portals.
These portals are constructed similarly to Nether portals:
Build an obsidian frame.
Use the correct themed catalyst to activate it.
Enter the portal to travel to its destination.
Both arrival and return portal recipes are available for each dimension.
Bosses spawn individually within their designated locations. After being defeated, they will respawn at the same location following a cooldown period.
